Dish-Dashers is a platform that connects customers with independent private chefs and caterers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a chef or caterer. We do not employ, control, or guarantee the services provided by chefs or caterers listed on the platform.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Dish-Dashers.
A quote request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when a customer accepts a chef's quote and the chef accepts the booking. Pricing, menus, and terms are set by the chef or caterer. Any disputes about services should be resolved directly with the chef or caterer.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, or violate these Terms.
Dish-Dashers is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from the services provided by chefs or caterers.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
